Freezing Egg Yolks

Hello,

You can freeze fresh eggs for up to a year. Lightly beaten whole egg or whites as they are or the yolks mixed with a pinch of salt (to stop them coagulating).

All in lidded plastic containers with some space for expansion (or freezer bags).
