Yes, it can be frozen.
Make the torte as per the recipe and leave to set.
Do not dust with cocoa.
Open-freeze until solid, then wrap well in clingfilm or foil, or pack into a rigid container.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
To defrost, unwrap it carefully and put it onto a flat plate. Cover with an upturned bowl (or cling) and leave overnight in the fridge.
Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
