Freezing Bread Sauce

Hi
Is it possible to freeze bread sauces ahead of Christmas? BBC Good Food website says you can freeze it up to a month. What is your view?

Hello,
You can freeze Bread sauce without the 2 tablespoons of cream.
Defrost overnight in the fridge.
Re-heat gently, and then add the cream and it may need a splash of milk as well if it seems a bit too thick.
