There was a lovely recipe for Blinis recently. I would like to try it but wondered if they could be frozen. I would be grateful for any advice.

Hello David,
Yes you can freeze Buckwheat Blinis for up to six months.
Make blinis as per the recipe but cool quickly by placing on a wire rack. Wrap in baking parchment and foil to form parcels of 6. Defrost overnight in the fridge then to reheat, preheat the oven to 140°C (120C if you use a fan setting), place the parcels on the oven shelf and heat through for 10 minutes.
