Feeding Christmas Cake

Hi Lindsey
I've been feeding my 20cm Creole cake weekly with about 3 tsp of brandy. When I open it up to feed it, the top has a wet look. Is that normal?

Hello Dilip,
I would stop feeding it.
We do 2-3 teaspoons every two weeks.

Thanks. Should I open them and let them dry out a bit and then rewrap them?

Leave them a week or so as they are, then see how they look.
