

the cooking times in all of the recipes, are they for fan ovens or convection? I have a fan oven. Do I need to adjust them for a fan oven?
In particular I am interested in meat joint roasting times for chicken, lamb, beef, pork.

All of Delia’s recipes that require and oven are tested using conventional top and bottom heat, so if you are using a fan oven, you need to reduce the oven temperature by 20 degrees.
