Hello,
Not a fan oven and also has a full metal tray that is used to adjust the height inside the oven where the gas oven had metal racks
Did the oven come with just one solid shelf or have you got racks as well?
Do you have an oven thermometer?
Do you have optional settings?
Perhaps you could tell me what oven you have (I won’t publish this particular information).
Aspes Ideal H2 1101 is the make and model, i have just moved to Spain, 2 solid trays only
Hello,
It’s not a make that I’m familiar with and I can’t find any information about it. If you speak Spanish but don’t have a manual you may find something online.
It sounds like the heating element is positioned in the base of the oven.
I have wire and solid shelves in my oven.
The solid I use to cook food in place of an oven tray – when I need that much space.
Perhaps you could purchase 1 or 2 universal wire shelves for your oven.
I would also get an oven thermometer so that you can check if your oven is hotter than the setting.
In the meantime perhaps you could position your oven shelf further away from the heat source and set the oven dial slightly below the recipe temperature.
Kind regards
Lindsey
Will try those tips, thank you
