Double Cream in Cyprus

Hi Lindsey! In some of Delia's recipes one of the ingredients is double cream. I cannot find double cream in my country, Cyprus. With what could I replace double cream in these recipes?

Hello Patricia,
What cream can you get? What is the fat content of that cream?
It may depend to the recipe as to what you can use.
From what I can see that is available it may be that whipping cream is the nearest!
