I have the book Delia’s cakes the 2013 edition. The timings don’t mention fan ovens. Should I reduce the times in the recipes to take account of the fan oven.

All of Delia’s recipes that require and oven are tested using conventional top and bottom heat, so if you are using a fan oven, you need to reduce the oven temperature by 20 degrees.
