I made lemon marmalade following the Dark chunky marmalade recipe.
I was very happy with the results.
I used the same quantities ( 1.350 k lemons from my lemon tree and two tangerines).
I let it to boil same way but, by accident, the liquid evaporated more than expected. I finished with 1,3 L .
I follow the procedure but using 1.100 g sugar and half of the peels.
Let it boiling carefully and reached the right consistency about three hours later.
I obtained three regular pots and nine small ones which I’ll use as a Christmas gifts on a Christmas lunch for friends.
