I have made Delia's vegetarian moussaka a couple of times and it's lovely, but the top always curdles, even though I follow the recipe carefully. Any suggestions? Thanks, Sally Daunt

I have a couple of suggestions. For a topping made with the ricotta try adding another beaten egg or you can replace the ricotta with grated feta. We make this with feta and the topping hasn’t curdled.
