Crisping choux balls

I want to freeze Chocolate Choux Buns. Info says I need to heat from frozen to crisp up. Can I check what temp I reheat and for how long?….assume they go straight from freezer. Many thanks Stella
Hello Stella,
I would crisp them, spread out on a baking tray, at 180 C in a conventional oven for 5 – 7 minutes from frozen.
