Cream in Spain!

Hi I live in Spain and cannot find double cream can you recommend a substitute for making ice cream etc.

Hello Delyth,

Unfortunately, we do not know what is available to buy in Spain.

If you able to tell me what you can get and the fat content, I could make suggestions depending on the recipe. Perhaps if the cream that you can get has a lower fat content that the cream that we use it might be possible to combine it with something that has a higher fat content, such as cream cheese to obtain a similar richness.
