I have friends coming to stay for a few days and in order to save time and panicking I wondered if I could freeze the spinach and Ricotta Lasagne with Pine Nuts BEFORE cooking it? Or if it is frozen before cooking would that result in the spinach being ruined. I love this recipe and want it to be at the best for my meat eating friends!! Thank you
