

Hello Lindsey,
I plan on making the St Stevens pudding and noticed the cooking time to be 2 hours by steaming in a pan. I plan on using a pressure cooker and would imagine the cooking time to be a lot less, however, there is no pressure cooker information for cooking puddings. Would you be able to let me know how long would be suitable. Thank you for your help.
