I've frozen the ricotta with spinach and pine nuts lasagne but should I reheat from frozen or defrost first?And which temperature and for how long?

Hello Lyn,
You can do either but I prefer to defrost it in the fridge overnight first, and then bake for an hour at 180C (160C in a fan oven). If it’s frozen it will need 15 – 20 minutes longer.
