I have made the luxury smoked-fish pie, using 3 x the recipe with the addition of fresh prawns, and frozen it in 3 separate dishes. Do these have to be thawed completely before cooking at the suggested temperature for the suggested length of time - or should the temperature and time be adjusted? If they are to be thawed, how long should I allow for thorough de-frosting? If they can be cooked from frozen, how long for, and at what temperature (fan oven)?
I would be very grateful for a reply as soon as possible.
