Re. Cooking for One

One is fun I have had for years which I tossed because it is now so outdated, Delia needs to write another book,
2. you say freeze the rest, I do not believe in freezing left overs, and besides my freezer is so small , no room,
You are unfortunately evading my question and does not answer the question
What recipes up to date one can use on ones own for Easter, incase you have not realised there is a pandemic and there are an awful lot of people like me on my own, I really think you need to check this out with Delia...

Dear Barbara,

We are sorry to hear you don't find One is Fun helpful. We receive many supportive emails and comments from followers who use the book on a daily basis. Many who have found themselves cooking for the first time on their own.

It is not possible for Delia to create new recipes at this time. You might like to take a look at our online Cookery School which also includes traditional dishes for one or that can be adapted.

We have over 1,400 free recipes here online for you to browse and enjoy. We too are in our homes and all have family who are currently isolated, so we completely understand how difficult it is right now.

As I mentioned in my previous response I am here working from home, and happy to answer any question you or any of the members have.
