

Salmon Fishcakes. Hello Lindsey. I'm attempting to make these today albeit with the lockdown, I may struggle with ingredients! My main question is can I bake these in the oven instead of frying and if yes what temp and hoe long?
I only have Panko breadcrumbs and wholemeal bread and unless I can source in this climate, that's my choice.

Hello Eileen,
We often use panko crumbs.
I haven’t tried this exact recipe in the oven, but I do bake Slimming World fishcakes, on a liner, sprayed with FryLight (or you can use any spray oil, and I spray the tops of the fishcakes too) in the oven at 180 for 25 minutes (or so). So, I’m sure Delia’s will work too.
