Comforting Vegetarian Sunday Lunch
I wish to send a compliment and thanks this Covid 19 can be rather draining so I decided not for the first time to turn to Delia to create a lovely nutritious comforting vegetarian Sunday Lunch menu was
Red Onion Tarte Tatin, Stuffed Jacket Potatoes with Leek, Cheddar & Boursin, Glazed baby turnips, Oven roasted carrots with Coriander, with Onion Gravy.
Completing with Rhubarb, Almond & Ginger Crumble.
My partner and I both enjoyed every mouthful and not to be greedy we did half the recipes for the vegetable dishes. The meal was a highlight and another triumph for Delia as we raised out glass to yet another reliable recipes that always work out and taste even nicer than they look.
