Hi,
looking at the traditional christmas pudding recipe that requires steaming for 8 hours on the stove. Slow cookers have become very popular lately and most ppl would prefer to use this because it is much more energy efficient.
Would you have any instructions for cooking times using the slow cooker to make the large christmas pudding and smaller ones in ramekins?
I saw you have the mini christmas puddings too that calls for Marks and Spencer's mincemeat. I have already made Delia's homemade mincemeat, etc and prefer the traditional christmas pudding recipe.
Thanks for the help :)

Hello,
We do not have a slow cooker but I would suggest 8 hours on high, with boiling water poured into the slow cooker so that it comes half way up the pudding basin.
Then reheat in the same way for 2 1/4 hours.
Kind regards
Lindsey
