Bit early with a turkey question, but I live in a small
Flat with 6 people for Christmas lunch.
Is it possible to buy rolled chicken breast, cook, slice and freeze between layers of foil, gravy and knobs of butter? The. Defrost slowly in fridge on 24 and gently reheat?
Or anyone got any other ideas for no space Christmas dinner
Thanks

Hello,
Faced with the same restrictions I would do one of these…
The roulades can be made ahead and frozen, defrosted in the fridge overnight and roasted in 45 minutes on the day.
The casserole could be made ahead and frozen and gently reheated on the day either in the oven or on the stove. But it will have all the lovely flavours of Christmas lunch.
