Christmas Cake without alcohol

Hi there,
I have used this recipe for years and really love it.
This year I need to make a non alchoholic version that my children can enjoy. What would you suggest soaking the fruit in instead of brandy?

I’m guessing you are referring to Classic Christmas cake!
You can make Christmas Cake with grape, prune or apple juice. But don’t ‘feed’ it.
