I would like to bake the chocolate stout beer cake for a wedding cake.
1. Would it be suitable? It seems to fall in slightly when I remove it from the pan, how can I keep it level?
2. I need to make it in a 12" round pan, can you help me to adjust the recipe to this size? and also the baking time for such a large cake.
