Hi Lindsey
I have been asked to make the CSC for Christmas this year. I’d quite like to make a round version. Any advice on what size tin to use? I’d ideally like two layers so can split the mixture between two tins
Any thoughts on tin size, cooking time etc?

I and guessing here! But I think I would do 2 x the recipe in two 9 inch sponge tins or 1 x the recipe in one 9 inch tin – twice. Baking times should be the same.
