Cannot find the 8% Fromage Frais

8% Fromage Frais was available in Waitrose – either Waitrose own brand or Rians La Faisselle brand (I’ve seen Rians on French Click as well).

But  as it’s a bit too late for that now I’d use the fat-free fromage frais (which seems to be available just about everywhere) - I would substitute the fromage frais with 150ml of the fat-free fromage frais combined with 50ml extra thick double cream or full-fat crème fraîche.
