Can I make the Thai Salmon Parcles ahead

Re Thai Filo Salmon Parcels - how far ahead do you think the parcels can be made before cooking them without risking going soggy etc? I'm doing for Christmas dinner (but eating Christmas eve) but have people here for drinks first. I'd prefer to have them ready to go in the oven beforehand but worried about them sitting for 2-hours. Any advice? Thanks

Yes this recipe works well made ahead, chilled and baked.
Thai Salmon Filo Parcels
Make sure it’s well covered in the fridge then they may need a couple of minutes longer to cook from chilled.
