Can I freeze Vanilla Cream Terrine?

Hi Lyndsey
I wish to know if I could freeze Delia’s Vanilla Cream Terrine as I split the mixture into two boxes because I don’t need all of it at once.

Hello Rae,
We do not recommend freezing the vanilla terrine.
Generally, recipes containing gelatine do not freeze well.
Fruit coulis / purées however do freeze very well.
