

I should like to know whether it's possible to freeze the following? If so, should one freeze the recipe BEFORE they are cooked or afterwards?
1. Spiced chickpea cakes
2. Non-meat loaf
3. Toasted hazelnut and vegetable burgers
4. Spinach pasties
5. Courgette and potato cakes

Only the Spinach Pasties are suitable for freezing.
If you freeze them raw use fresh puff pastry and freeze them without the glaze. You can bake them from frozen bake them from frozen, glaze them just before they go in the oven and give them an extra 10 minutes.
