Hi Lynsey. I’m roasting a joint of beef for my family. Some like it rare and others medium or well done. Is there a way I can cook the joint to suit everyone. Not everyone eats gravy.

Hello,
I think only way to serve beef that is rare, medium and well done all at the same time is to cook steaks.
For a whole roasted beef joint you can cook it medium and serve the end slices to the guest who prefers their beef well done.
