My query Lindsey - I've frozen a glut of broad beans and want to show off at a dinner party with Delia's Broad-Bean Salad with Pancetta and Sherry Vinegar. My query is 1. Can I cook the beans from frozen or do I need to defrost them first and 2. What would be a suitable main course to compliment this lovely recipe? Thank you. Eileen

I think they are better cooked from frozen in a large pan or boiling water.
I’d follow it with Roast Lamb or Vitello Tonnato or Chicken Cacciatora.
