

Hello Lindsay. I always follow Delia’s guidelines for roasting a turkey which work well but I have seen articles about brining a turkey for several hours before cooking. I wondered if you have experience of this and does it keep the turkey moister than just a traditional roast? And what strength of brine would be correct if you recommend this process.
