I have made a beef stew and put to much salt in it, how can I fix it?

Hello
You can stain off the sauce into a saucepan, then add water (and perhaps a very low salt beef stock cube?) and thicken as required with cornflour, sauceflour or butter combined with plain flour. Then taste for pepper.
Or again strain the sauce into a saucepan and then cook potatoes in the sauce (adding a little water if the sauce is thick). Then you can combine the meat, cooked potatoes, sauce and pepper if needed.
Best wishes
