Beef Collection!

Hello,

The Collection books comprise a set of 8 individual books.
It was a hard decision for the publishers at the time as it was not possible to
include every category.  If you have a copy of Delia's Complete How to Cook
(or the individual separate books) there is a chapter entitled How to Cook Meat
which our members find very useful.

In the meantime do take a browse through our collection of beef recipes here on
the website.  We do hope you will find this helpful.  Any specific recipe questions do
just drop me a line.
