Thank you for this information, but I reluctantly have an induction hob...are there any that can be used oil the unduction hob and then in the oven.....please

We briefly had an induction hob and used a stainless steel diffuser when we used our much-loved Little Gem pans. One of the larger ‘plate’ diffusers might work (i.e. be sufficiently stable) with a baking tray.
