

Do you have instructions/a chart of how to decrease cooking time of cakes that are in smaller tins than recipe says. ie dividing a mixture into three and cooking? I do a lot of cooking for single people and sometimes cakes are just too large for them. In particular I want to do the Sticky Prune and Date cake. Thanks. Paula

I agree that would be lovely, but there would be so many anomalies that it is not something that we have.
I expect a 5 inch sticky prune and date cake will need 45 – 50 minutes.
