Baking the melting chocolate puddings from frozen.
Im looking to pre make something like the melting chocolate pudding but will need to freeze and cook on the day as I need to make around 20 portions. I see that these types of melting chocolate desserts can be frozen before cooking and then baked from frozen however, and maybe a silly question, but do they need to stay in moulds to cook? I will need to make them in batches as I don't have enough moulds to freeze all 20.
Can they be half baked then frozen then baked for the remaining time??
Hopefully you can help with my dilemma??
