

Hi I want to split recipe for delias creole cake (delias Christmas ) and bake a 6” round and a few 3” round cakes. Can you suggest revised cooking times for both these options please? Cooking times for a 4” round would be good too for future reference.! Many thanks Xs

Hello,
The 6 inch will need about 2 ½ hours and the 4 inch probably 1 ½ hours.
In both cases, I would protect them from cooking too fast with several layers of brown paper round the outside edge and some parchment over the top (without touching the cake mix) from the start.
