

Hi, I'm making Delia's rich fruit cake in a 27cm square tin for my dad's 80th birthday. What temperature should I use for a fan oven please? I'm using quantities and baking time from Delia's table of scaled up ingredients. Thanks.

Hello,
As this is baked on a low shelf at 140°C using conventional heat, when using a fan oven you can use any shelf at 115°C.
