I have always used your 3 egg All in One Victoria Sandwich recipe with great success. I have now been charged with making a three tier victoria sandwich wedding cake using 2 x 10.5" tins, 2 x 9" tins and 2 x 7.5" tins. I am planning on using 2 x 6 egg recipe, 2 x 4 egg recipe and 2 x 3 egg recipe but I am really struggling to find the right cooking time and temperature for each size of tin. Can you help me please?
