Baking Delia's Christmas Cake in the Aga

Hi there, always make Delia's Christmas cake but now have an Aga. Can you help me to make this cake in a two door aga please. For example, roasting or simmering oven, how long do you think it will take? I have aga cake tins will these work with the recipe? Thank you, Clypsie.

Hello Clypsie,
Delia has an Aga but we don’t test recipes in it because not enough people have one.
However, we do use the simmering oven to cook Delia’s recipes that are baked at 130C -140C so I would us the simmering oven and check it at 4 hours in the same way is if using a conventional oven.
