Baking Cottage Pie

Hi. I have just made some batches of 4 person Cottage pie to freeze. Approx 1500g. What would be ideal temp and time to reheat? Also the same question for 3000g (8 person)? Many thanks! Toby

Hello,
Defrosted overnight in the fridge I would suggest 180C (or 160 in a fan oven) for 35 minutes for the smaller pie and 50 minutes for the larger one.
Either way, look at them after 2/3s of the cooking time to see how they are doing and make sure they are piping hot when you remove them to serve.
