This is a comment, not a question. I have been making Delia's Meatball Goulash for years. It is a staple dinner party dish at my table. Last weekend for the first time I made it with high quality ground turkey thigh meat, and it was delicious. I upped the amount of breadcrumbs slightly because of the very moist texture of the meat. It was superb. Highly recommended.
