All-in-one sauce for fish pie

I have trouble making a white sauce for a fish pie (using roux method) and am wondering if Delia's all in one white sauce recipe would work please?

Yes you can use the all-in-one method to make the sauce. Just make sure the liquid is cool when you add the flour.
