All Butter shortcrust pastry!

Hi Lindsey
Delia's short crust pastry for her quiche lorraine uses half lard and half butter. Could you use just butter rather than lard and still get a good result? Looking forward to making Delia's lovely quiche.

Yes, you can use all butter if you like.
Delia does this too sometimes. I made these earlier this week and they were lovely.
