Alcohol in the Chocolate Truffle Torte

Hi Lindsey,
I am not sure my question actually sent! I would like to know whether Delia's chocolate truffle torte could be made with any other fortified wine, spirit, liqueur or even orange juice. I was thinking of using amaretto.

Hello Eileen,
Yes you can use Amaretto or another fortified wine.
If you want non-alcoholic, yes you can use orange juice or prune juice.
