Adjusting the Rice Pudding Recipe

In the Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding can I substitute fresh cream for evaporated milk and golden caster for golden granulated sugar please? If so, do the measurements stay the same?

We haven’t tried it. If you can’t get it I would suggest trying 1l of whole milk with 260m of single cream and increase the sugar to 70g.
