The turkey flan with leeks and cheese is the frozen flan case uncooked or cooked before freezing?
The recipe in Happy Christmas is a raw pastry case that is used straight from the freezer.
Could you do this with all flan cases rather than bake blind? It would be so much easier and does the pastry really cook through and brown? Delia says it makes it crispier so I cannot wait to try.
