For the spiced chicken recipe. When i add creme fraiche will chicken remain crispy and also worried creme fraiche may curdle ??

Hello,
Yes the chicken skin will soften normally crème fraîche is not likely to curdle however half-fat crème fraîche is even less likely to curdle as it contains stabilisers.
