About the alcohol in Truffle Torte

Hello Lindsey. Can I sub the alcohol (rum) in the famous chocolate torte without compromising the flavour?

Hello Eileen,
You can substitute the 5 tablespoons of Rum (that’s 100mls using Delia’s tablespoon) with another alcohol that you do like or you can replace it with orange juice, grape juice, prune juice or water.
